About the Presenter:
Billy Vaughn, PhD is a cultural psychologist with more than two decades of project management experience. A notable project is the University of Lund (Sweden) and California School of Professional Psychology graduate student exchange program. The project required developing and implementing a program involving administrators, students, faculty, and staff at both institutions to offer the students maximum opportunity to learn from the other culture.

Billy has an international reputation as a diversity expert. He has provided diversity consulting for projects within the organizations in the European Union, such as the European Training and Development Federation.

Billy is also an accomplished presenter having been a keynote speaker for large organizations and across several countries. He likes electronic presentations as he has written a book on online course design, development, and implementation.
