How do global companies approach change management? How do they ensure that change is sustainable? What will be the impact of the shrinking workforce (the war for talent) and how will they cope? What role does culture play in managing a global organization?
In this session you learn to understand how successful management of global companies requires a solid marriage of technology and communication, not to mention in-depth knowledge of the worlds time zones and the ability to manage a team across them. When you add the challenge of integrating diverse cultures into an effective virtual team, its imperative that everyone is speaking the same language on a personal, as well as a Project Management, level. These are just some of the questions Resources Global posed to more than 50 HR leaders representing multinational corporations in a recent survey. The results are in and we are pleased to announce that the two survey architects, Chris Hagler and Stephane Kanovitch, will present the key findings as well as share insights and leading practices in an upcoming webinar.
