Boris holds an MS Structural Engineering degree from Leningrad Institute of Technology and an Intercultural Developmental Inventory Certificate

Boris has over ten years experience of leadership and management in Information Technology. Boris possess excellent communication, influencing, negotiation, conflict resolution, team building, and problem solving skills. He is effective in managing multiple projects simultaneously and working with all level of management. Boris has extensive experience in identifying opportunities, establishing guidelines and providing effective solutions. Consistently meet or exceed project objectives. Boris is goal oriented and focused on increasing revenue and organizational growth.
